of quality assurance training and consultancy.

The CQI Certificate and Diploma in Quality, launched in September 2002, replaced the old A11,
A12, B2, B6 etc. The CQI Diploma
comprises 6 modules D1-D6 (follow the links below to find more information
regarding each module and its content):
Inline with CQI
requirements, all these packages are now available as distance learning courses from Quality Management and Training Limited.
The CQI Diploma in Quality is
an exciting new departure from the previous CQI qualifications. It
provides the quality student and professional with a clear route to obtaining
the prestigious qualification of Diploma in Quality and facilitates the
membership of the CQI (with appropriate quality experience). These courses
not only afford the opportunity for CQI membership,
but can also be taken individually, providing the student with a widely
recognised and greatly respected qualification, enhancing their quality
currency. The delegate can work at their own pace towards the ultimate
goal of a Diploma in Quality and a membership of the CQI.

Amongst many other things, course delegates will be able to as
a consequence of this course:
 |
Have sufficient information to competently and confidently
attempt the CQI examinations and assignment. |
 |
Be clearly aware of the aims, objectives and benefits of "Quality Management". |
 |
Be conversant with the application and implementation of
vital Quality Improvement Techniques
which include; Business Process Analysis, Performance Measurement,
Quality Award Schemes, Quality Function Deployment, Quality Circles, Root
Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, Statistical Quality Control, etc. |
 |
Capable of interpreting for application purposes the
ISO9000 series standard. |
 |
Be aware of the implications of English law for
organisations and their quality department - (D2 course). |
 |
Coherently answer questions regarding the principles & practice of Quality Management. |
 |
Be QM&T validated and certificated as a Quality Management
practitioner. |
Important note for companies:
Delegates have to complete a number of assignments associated with the course. Often these
assignments take the form of work based projects, which with no exaggeration has
resulted in delegates achieving hundreds of thousands pounds worth of quality
improvement and productivity savings for their company. The cost of the course
pales into insignificance when compared to the possible savings and greatly
enhanced staff potential.
" If suitable,
please cut and paste into your training budget justification.

Please note before embarking on the courses that the CQI
recommends that for the Diploma at least 120 hours
dedicated study should be allocated to each subject.
If you wish to purchase any of our distance learning packages or reserve a place on one
of our courses, we require a written confirmation or purchase order and a cheque for the full amounts.
